Flash Samsung Firmware using Odin

Before flashing firmware using Odin

• Make sure your device is rooted.
• Have a full backup of your device ready.
• Install a custom recovery on your device.
• Download latest USB drivers for your device on your Windows.

How to flash Stock Firmware using Odin?

Step One - Download latest Odin from here. If the file is compressed then unzip it and install Odin on to your PC.

Step Two - Download Stock Firmware for your device. Make sure it is a .tar file. If it is a .zip file extract it and you should be able to find a .tar file

Step Three - Launch Odin. Put your Samsung device into download mode. To do that switch off your device. Press Volume down + home + Power button together. Now using Volume Up button select Download mode.

Step Four - Connect your device to your PC using a USB cable.

Step Five - Click on AP and browse through your PC and find the stock firmware that you downloaded and select it.

Step Six - Once selected, click on start. The flashing process will now begin. You will see the progress in the bar above. Once your device has finished flashing it will reboot.
